We all get them. Those dreaded "fat" days when it's all in our bed but manifests on our bodies. These are the days when you just want to wear sweats all day and work it out. Well here are my go-to styles for "fatty days". I'd like to start off with leggings. Leggings are crucial but only if worn in the right way. They hug your curves i.e. suck in all the jelly. But you must remember this key point....you have to always wear a tunic with your leggings. You want to make sure you cover up all things wiggly and jiggly. My next go to is the caftan dress. Super stylish and very mod in appearance, this dress offers complete fashion without showing the buldge. Pair with a cute pair of heels and you'll be working out your legs all day long! Truly anything A-line works as well ladies. And remember...we only have a few "fat" days but make them count. The gym can wait but life is too short to wear sweats!!!
