The dress of the week is made by Halston Heritage. Not only is the color electric but the cut is flattering and flirty for ages 20-40's. As you can see Sarah Jessica Parker is wearing it on the set of  Sex in the City and looks ready to take the town. I love the pair of black and yellowshoes they paired with it and the pink bag is to die for! The cuff bangle is also a must!
