I'm sure where most of us live it's still 90 degrees outside so picturing a romantic snow vacation is far off. But a lot of my clients are opting for colder get-aways for their honeymoons and anniversary's then ever before. I would not mind being locked in a cabin in front of the fire with my hubbie....just as long as I had the right supplies! If you are taking a trip to the mountains or anywhere snowy make sure you have the following items. You are going to need a great winter jacket. I would suggest the long belted puffer jacket below. It will keep you incredibly warm as well as dry since it's water resistant. Pair it with a fabulous scarf and an adorable hat. Also like my last post don't forget the gloves!!!

If you want to get a jump start on fabulous fall clothes I have my top 5 picks for the season. If you have these five items you can spice up anything in your closet.

1- Great party Dress: I picked a tutu mini dress for the ultimate party dress since it's flattering and fun. You will be the talk of the party. Throw on a multi pearl strand necklace and you will be the trend setter for the evening.

2- A funky blazer: This season is all about cover-ups and jackets. Last year the sweater wrap was hot and this year the blazer is taking over. I am in love with cropped blazers. You can wear them with a t-shirt and jeans or you can throw it over your party dress for the perfect look.

3- An oversized tunic: Leggings and skinny jeans aren't going away. You need to make sure you have a tunic to go with these. I absolutely love this Rory Top. Not only is the color gorgeous but it's totally rock n roll with leather leggings.

4- Over the knee boots: Once reserved for the faster ladies on the streets, over the knee boots are now classic with your wardrobe but only if you wear them tastefully!!!

5-Gloves: Stock up on novelty gloves. They are the perfect accessory and they completely make an outfit. I keep my black quilted leather gloves in my bag at all times. And remember to show them off. Wear a cute crop sleeve jacket and show the world your fabulous taste.

News flash...there are ways to enjoy animals in fashion without having Peta throwing red paint all over you. I am so excited that this fall has a hige animal print trend. But designers such as DVF and Marc Jacobs are taking it to a whole new level using bright colors and new fabrics. You cannot go this season without an animal printed scarf to accessorize your outfit. And don't be afraid of an all-over printed dress or even animal leggings. Just make sure you don't wear patterned shoes or a loud top with them. I have my favorite pics below. If I could I would purchase all of them!

The Teen Choice Awards is a crazy, non-coventional award show basically dedicated to the latest teen crush. Case and point Twilight took home an astounding 11 awards. I usually watch the red carpet to see what everyone's wearing and this year it was a total flop. Ladies what happened??!! I was wildely disappointed. We all know the teen stage is awkward but these famous teens have stylists! The red carpet was a total snore and I guaruntee you will see most of the ladies on the worst dressed issue of US weekly. Don't even get me started on Kristen Stewart. She is completely awkward and just anti-fun. She always has a snicker on her face that is so not attractive. Rock & Republic made her dress for the night. The dress would have looked great on stars such as Vanessa Hudge, Hayden P., Or Megan Foxx. Kristen looked like a twelve year old wearing her older sister's dress.

To my surprise the gentlemen totally outdid the ladies this year. They rocked the red carpet. Take a look and let me know what you think!

I have never watched the new 90210 or seen anything Annalynne McCord is in but I have been watching her on the red carpet and her classic beauty stuns me everytime. She has the face of an old movie star. Classic beauty is hard to come by in la la land. I suppose I am so drawn to her because she reminds me of Rachel McAdams and I adore her as well. Ladies check out how Annalynne does her make-up. She uses just enough. Don't take tips from the Kardashians. They are beautiful but wear way to much make-up! It must take hours to get off! I love how Annalynne embraces her natural curls! My mom made me a get a perm one time and I would have died for it to come out this way. Instead a had an afro or frizz. Classic! Again Annalynne is another celebrity I would love to style.

As many of you know I posted a blog about Jillian Harris and how I adored her fashion sense but I hated her engagement dress. Well it looks like there's trouble in paradise. US weekly is reporting that engaged Ed was having his cake and eating four more! And shocker...guess who's in denial. I couldn't help but think what goes wrong with reality TV love. Besides the marathon speed dating sessions and the fact that your isolated from all things reality while shooting. what happened to dear Jillian and Ed.

As a stylist I often have my eyes open for celebrities who I would love to dress. There is one person in particular that I would just love to style. She is unbelievably beautiful and has a gorgeous beau to go with her and I wouldn't mind styling him either. Who is she? Well it's my girl crush Miranda Kerr.
