I know all you East Coaster's are getting slammed with harsh weather right so why don't you do a little California dreamin'. It feels like the beginning of Spring out here in Cali with the temp at 80 degrees. It's time to whip out the suntan lotion and get ready for the latest in Spring fashion. I am ready to put on my knit maxi dresses. This season thing hippie chic. Tie dye is the answer this season (disclaimer: stay away from rainbow tie dye). My new fav is the Gypsy 05 Indah dress (see below). If you're looking for a cover-up go for the Aztec inspired Goddis Lindsay sweater. Tres chic! Lastly to accessorize the look thing Fringe! Try the J.J. Winters suede Fringe bag. This bag is easy to take from day to night! Peace, Love and Chow Bella's!

The red carpet was spectacular this year at the Golden Globes. It was the year of the Eva's. But as always, when there is good there is also bad....really, really bad. I'll start off with my favorite of the night Eva Mendez. She rocked her white dress but the best part about her look was the accessories. The jewels made the outfit. I heart you Eva Mendez! In a close second I would have to go with Eva Longoria. She looked stunning in her red trumphet style dress. I'm usually not a fan of matching the carpet but she pulled this one off big time.

As for the worst, I had to do this, but Drew...what were you thinking?! The eighties prom look is not a good look. Blue pastels are hard to wear and oh the hair! And I love Drew but it just looked like a bad bridesmaid dress and hair. Who were your favorites??!

I have to say I was not a believer at first with the Boyfriend Jean trend but I am definitely on board with the Ex Lover Jean by Joes jeans. I am purchasing my pair right after I write this blog. The Ex Lover jean has a straighter leg and more shape then the boyfriend jean. Wear them down or rolled up and you're styling. I would pair these with a fitted tee and a colorful/patterned scarf for a more feminine feel. All the celebs are sporting this look and we can too. Check out Joe's jeans at your local Bloomindales!        Welcome upper East Siders.....I know you've all been waiting for Gossip Girl to be back with new episodes so please enjoy tonight. As for style we all can learn a lot from the fierce Blare Waldorf. She has a brilliant sense of style all too many of us want to afford. Say yes to a garden party dress and a matching headband this season. And don't forget to throw in a piece of nautical clothing into your wardrobe. You never know when you'll be asked to go yachting. But don't forget your coat as it's still the dead of winter. As for where to get these looks for less??? Try www.modcloth.com. Chow bellas!

Ladies! We all know it's important to look our best at all times but who can say no to Saturday morning "workout clothes" as we grab our lattes and run errands. The gods grant us immunity for this but going out to dinner is a different story. They say you should dress for the job you want. I believe you should dress for the life you want. It's the perfect escape to be whoever you want to be. If I want to be Audrey Hepburn gliding into a local cafe I can! Tonight I decided to channel Edie Sedgwick and all her 60's glory. What I'm saying is women are chameleons. Dare to dress ferocious! Here are some pics to inspire you for your night out on the town. You can find these looks starting at $140 at www.pinkmascara.com. Chow bellas!!!!
