The dress of the week is made by Halston Heritage. Not only is the color electric but the cut is flattering and flirty for ages 20-40's. As you can see Sarah Jessica Parker is wearing it on the set of  Sex in the City and looks ready to take the town. I love the pair of black and yellowshoes they paired with it and the pink bag is to die for! The cuff bangle is also a must! This spring and summer it is all about using color and not being afraid to mix and match. To make it more casual you can pair this dress with a great pair of flat sandals.

Hollywood sets all the trends because they get to wear everything before it becomes available to us. I know it's so unfair! That's why watching the red carpet is crucial to seeing what the top trends will be. I have been telling my brides-to-be that this year they should have the wedding party wear colorful jewelry. The red carpet was full of colorful tear drop earrings at the SAG and Golden Globe awards. Ladies, I know there is a ton of pressure out there to be perfect but trust me...you already are! Imperfections are what make people unique and beautiful. I am apalled by the latest issues of magazines and media coverage we have given to a 23 year old sad little girl who now looks like a 40 year old due to all her plastic surgery. Heidi Montag is the worst roll model I can think of and should not be listened to. Plastic surgery is not the answer to low self esteem. Now I'm not saying there aren't certain circumstances where it is called for but come on! 10 precedures in one day. She is delusional and mental and a very sad individual.

Note to Heidi: You were much more beautiful before. I'm sorry you have ruined your face forever.

The red carpet was beaming at the 2010 Critics Choice movie awards. Awards season is my favorite time of year! There were of course a few hits and misses of the night but Best Actress nominee, for playing the young Victoria, Emily Blunt took the prize as best dressed. She looked flawless from her make-up, hair and dress. She is a classic beauty and I just love how she never overdoes anything. I can't wait to see what she'll be wearing at the Golden Globes tonight. I am a huge fan of the hippie chic look but it has to be done right. I am loving this image of Vanessa Hudgens wearing fabulous gold jewelry and a great flowy print top. The hot shoe of the week comes to us from Tory Burch. I have been looking for a great flat that's not a boot or a sandal forever and Tory came to my rescue. These hot pink croc shoes are to die for and will spice up any outfit. Pair them with skinny jeans, and fun blousy top, and a great gold necklace. You'll look chic and sophisticated.

So I admit I tune in to the Jersey Shore to watch all the catfights, bad hair, and horrible fashion. JWOW you need a stylist asap. Who wears fishnet stockings and underwear only out in public? You look like a stripper on duty girlfriend. Next to the stage! Ok so I was browsing the internet today and to my delight one of my favorite actors Michael Cera got a crazy Jersey Shore makeover. I love Michael's subtle way of poking fun at them. He is my true hero.To all the ladies out there DO NOT take any fashion advice from the Jersey Shore or you'll be asked to give a lap dance for $5.

We all have those days when it feels like our belly is bulging and our thighs grew a few inches over night. Blame it on water retention! But I have found the best fat pants around. Thank God for T-bags wide legged sequin pants. They are super adorable and can make your fat day a fab day. I will be buying both colors since my growing baby bump is quickly expanding! Duel purposes ladies!
